Is it hard to sign up?
No. Just click on register and follow the instructions on the page. If you have
a account with Nassau, your account information will be verified by Nassau and
you should be able to start ordering within 1 business day. If you do not have a
account with Nassau, then after you submitted your information on the register
page, download the credit application and fill it out. You can fax to your local
branch on the contact us page under the
Company menu above. Someone from the branch you selected will contact you.
I may have questions about products, service, ect. What
should I do?
Nassau247.com has live support. Just click on it and chat with one of our
customer service representatives and they will be glad to assist you with the
right choice for your particular need. If its after hours click live support and
leave us a message.
Product Availabilty.
We make every effort to have what you need in stock. Should something not be in
stock we will make the effort to contact you and suggest a suitable substitute.
When I submit my order when does it get processed?
Orders are sent to the branches using various methods and are usually in process
within 15min during business hours. After this time you would have to call the
branch to change the order should a change need to be made. Orders sent after
hours are in process on next business day.
